Overuse syndrome
Overuse injuries are injuries to bones, tendons, ligaments or muscles that are the results or over training, improper training or use of the wrong equipment. Examples are shin splints or stress fractures in runners, rotator tendonitis in swimmers or pitchers, patella tendonitis in basketball players. You need to train properly slowly increase your intensity and duration of training.
