Foot and ankle conditions

My knees and ankles are hurting due to flat feet, overpronation and old injuries. Is there a way to treat all of these conditions?

I have ankle pain on my right foot since last week. No conditions, no sprains or anything like this... Pain when rotating and pressure applied. ?

What are the conditions to see an ankle/foot orthopedist or a podiatrist. Are there treatment options the orthopedist is not aware of?

Have dull ache/soreness in front part of legs mostly in muscle not bone as well as in my ankle areas. I do get a numbing/tingly sensation in feet too.. Im 25 yo female with no existing medical conditions. Is this dehydration? Or something else?
