Lumpy breasts

3 weeks of breast pain on top and underarm. comes and goes. Ropy and lumpiness. 75% pain in left breast and 25% in right one. 21yr. Panicking nonstop!

I feel lumpiness when i smash my breast down between both hands like a mammogram (maybe) & but when i sit up or lay down to do an exam i no longer feel it the same or at all. Is this cause for concern? Im 22. Birth control. Period ended 3 days ago
