Testicular torsion repair
Torsion is a twist of the blood supply to the testes...A cord twist....It requires surgery to repair and untwist cord and then secure the testes to the side wall inside the scrotum so it does not twist again..Called an orichiopexy...If the testes is not untwisted within several hours the testes will die/infarct.
