Clitoroplasty: Depends how much it bothers you. An operation, reduction clitoroplasty, is a possibility if problem is sufficient for you to consider surgery. I have hed considerable success using operation described by dr. Stanley kogan (reference: kogan sj, smey p, levitt sb journal of urology, 1983, vol 130(4) pages: 746-8). This operation preserves nerves ; sensation to clitoris.
