It could: Be a couple of things including bacterial vaginosis, candida, trichomonas...If no access to doctor you could try a medicine for candida such as a Monistat vaginal suppository but i would see a doc if u can. Good luck.

Vaginitis: Please get it checked by your physician. You may need to undergo few test to determine the actual cause. Your physician then can prescribe medicine to alleviate the problem.
