No: You might choose to wait until the yeast infection resolves, but taking Diflucan (fluconazole) for a yeast infection does not cause a problem with sex. If the yeast infection symptoms are very severe, then i suggest you wait until the discharge itching and pain are gone.

My caution is that "moderation" can be interpreted very very liberally. Many STI's get started because of impaired judgment related to alcohol use, and there are some drugs where alcohol, even in small doses, DOES have interactions. Safe use of alcohol in women is defined as 1 drink/day and no more than 7/week, and never more than 4 on one occasion.
