My husband has a sex addiction so told me to hire household help. will he be loyal to me if i do?

Inappropriate: No doctor can answer this question. You need counseling. But i'd get the household help if it make my life easier.

Therapy not more sex: If the "household help" is needed so that you have more time for sex & if "sex addiction" is an accurate diagnoses, then your husband needs treatment (therapy) not more sex! giving him more sex would be kin to giving an alcoholic more alcohol to placate him/her. Also, he may be less resistant to start couple therapy, which is advised anyway, in light of the "loyalty" comment. Best wishes.
