Need more info.: Wnen do u get the pain, is it related to urination, what could trigger ; ru doing when u get pain, what aggravates or makes it better or worse ; is pain deep or supericial? You describe bladder pain, it it's in front, but colon ; rectum lie deep or behind. Thus detailed history ; physical examination required to provide any answer!.

Prostatitis/UTI: Lots of options, but in the absence of any trauma or obvious change to the penis itself, an inflamed prostate can cause you to have pain in your penis. It;s called referred pain. If your doctor examines your prostate and that exam causes the pain to occur, then that is the most likely cause. Hernia, bladder infection, GI problems are also possible. Time to call your doctor!

What kind of pain?: Longstanding, episodic, unchanging discomfort? Is it meal-related, position-related, altered by stooling or gas passage, does it radiate elsewhere, is it associated with fever, weight loss, tenderness, loss of appetite, nausea/vomiting, blood in stool? Anticipate your doctor will be seeking this information when you present for appropriate evaluation and treatment.
