Doubt it. : If there is one thing I have learned in 16 yrs is that anything is possible in medicine. It is unlikely but the hernia does go through inguinal canal and it could potentially cause pressure on vas deferens. Could this pressure cause blood, may be. U need to see a urologist. There are many other more common causes and they need to b ruled out first.

No it does not: Inguinal hernia does not cause blood in the semen.It is caused by 1 proatatitis 2utis 3stds like gonorrhea and chlamydia 4benign prostatic hypertrophy 5prostate biopsy 6 trauma to retis or prostate 7 cancer of prostate, bladder or reproductive organs but it is not caused by hernia.If you have blood in semen, get it checked by your doctor or a urologist.
