Depends on degree: Most men & their partners find sex pleasurable if there is mild or moderate downward curve (penile chordee). Severe downward curve can interfere with penile penetration and can be painful & unpleasant for the male, & frustrating for partner. Can be corrected surgically if necessary by a reconstructive or a pediatric urologist.
