No: 1 glass water, 1 tsp salt , 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp sugar mixed together - no this will not cause your breasts to grow. However, if you drink enough of it - it will cause you to gain weight. With generalized weight gain a certain amt will be breast fat.
