It depends: U have to be evaluated by a urologist to make sure that the blood supply is adequate, but if it is not, what is the cause it is not adequate. Do you have diabetes, elevated bp, do you smoke, what is your lipid profile, are your peripheral leg pulses present, what happens in your carotid arteries, etc.Etc. So many things to clarify...
