Wouldn't recommend: After any kind of surgery, even sinus surgery, you want to avoid doing anything that will increase your blood pressure. This restriction is recommended until after you have seen your surgeon in follow-up. After your first follow up visit, your surgeon should let you know whether or not you can increase your activities.
