Its possible: Being in your mid 40's often times means you may not ovulate at the same time each cycle. Just like teens, we do see accidental pregnancies in women in their 40's not being careful about using birth control. In fact i remember having a 16 year old who was pregnant at the same time as her 45 year old mother a few years ago.
