I have bloody sores on my scalp that are painful they will scab over then start bleeding again what could this be caused from have had it a few mon?

Medical evaluation: See you are on Permethrin & clindamycin. Have you been treated for some form of parasites? Also note abscess and surgical drainage? What was the cause/ offending germ? I think that you will need a physician who has a thorough knowledge of your overall condition, your diagnoses & your medications to pull this together. Infectious disease? Dermatology?
