Not period: It sounds like you are saying that you have bleeding after intercourse, and that this has occurred repetitively. This is more likely related to bleeding from the cervix. It could also represent polyps. This absolutely must be evaluated by your ob/gyn with a thorough review of prior pap smears and an ultrasound of the uterus!

Pregnancy test: The at home pregnancy tests are usually very reliable but can give you "false positives", i.e. They say they're positive, but in reality it's not for a true pregnancy. You can repeat the at home pregnancy test or get a blood HCG test from your doctor. An ultrasound will also confirm pregnancy that's occurring within the uterus and not somewhere else (fallopian tubes). Hope this helps!

What is Normal?: Making "love" may make you become pregnant of course. But i don't know of any study that explains that making love is a sign of pregnancy.If you have missed your menstrual cycle recently, get a pregnancy test done.
