Warm : Bath tub soaks and an anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen and perhaps avoid future episodes of anal intercourse. The pain is probably from a traumatic tear and can lead to infection, and variable degrees of incontinence. If the pain does not resolve after a day or 2 you need to see your doctor to look for trauma/infection.
