Postcoital bleeding: Brown dark discharge or blood is old blood oxidized. Bleeding after sex may different ethiologies, such as vaginal and cervical infections, std's, cervicall polyps, precancerous lesion of the cervix, uterine polyps. You should see your gynecologist for proper evaluation and diagnosis.
