No. Just plain no.: One of the cults is making this claim to frighten young people. These people aren't your friends. Enjoying yourself becomes excessive when, and only when, it keeps you away from important life tasks like studying, working, learning skills, making friends, maybe finding somebody special. If it's obsessive, we can help with meds and/or talk.
