Breast Tenderness: There must be a hundred different reasons for breast tenderness. If you are not pregnant then why is this the only option you are considering?

Not necessarily: Your breasts are just responding to hormonal changes that you see with your cycle. Milky discharge is not a definitive sign of pregnancy.
