No: Penis thrombosis should not be fatal as long as there are no complication such as infection etc. It is generally managed conservatively.

No way: Penile thrombosis is usually of the dorsal vein which is a relatively small vein which is unlikely to break free as an embolus. Would not be fatal even if it did break free because it's small size.
