Early pregnant d/c: Hi, it is not uncommon to have some slight discharge after intercourse while pregnant. Some people even notice a bloody discharge with some uterine cramping. The watery discharge sounds like something caused by normal hormonal changes in pregnancy. If you start having cramping and bleeding, that would make us more concerned about a miscarriage. For now, i would continue to monitor your symptoms.
