Switched to a lower hormone dosage of birth control, now period is one day late should i be worried?

No: The period may change a little and vary by 1-2 days if you recently switched or skipped any pills. Sometimes it can even stop with any form of the pill. If it does not return in as it is supposed to d/w your doctor.
