Had small painful "bump" inch above anus 3 months ago. opened up and bled when wiping. now it is healed and flat but whitish purple color. crs says not fistual. cancer?

Inflammation: Painful bumps above the rectum that bleed and then heal over leaving a scar are generally boils ( infection in the skin, usually staph that after draining heal). Some people are more prone to such boils if they eat a lot of chocolate or eat a lot of sweets. Cancer is very unlikely.
