The process : The process of recovery from sexual abuse is slow, but you can do it. Find a therapist who specializes in abuse. It will take time to trust anyone, but they will help you. The book the courage to heal can help too. When you are ready, a support group for survivors will help as well. Basically, you were hurt by the experiences, but your are not to blame and deserve to have a whole fulfilling life.

The good news is that Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Mindfulness Meditation in the context of a trauma specialist can help.
