How to treat an allergic reaction to spermicide condom?

Avoid and meds: Most allergic reactions if mild can be treated with antihistamines. If the allergic reaction is more significant, then corticosteroids (creams or tabs) may be helpful. It would be useful to know if the reaction was from latex or the spermicide in an effort to prevent future reactions. An allergist can assist in this endeavor.

Contact reactions can include contact urticaria (hives) that are mediated by histamine and should respond to antihistamines. This is well documented in latex allergic reactions.

See a dermatologist: Since this is a contact reaction rather than a histamine reaction, no antihistamine will help you. A cortisone cream will help.

Benadryl (diphenhydramine): i am not sure what the reaction is, if it is serioius and having trouble breathing go the the ER and get a shot. You say it is an allergic reaction, but exactly what is happening tht makes you say that? There are people allergic to latex and they get a terrible rash form it. if that is the case applying a steroid cream like cortisone or kenalog (triamcinolone) is very helpful.
