Best thing: Is to avoid it! if you must partake, a cleansing enema, plenty of lubrication, protection with condom and a very patient and gentle partner. A very hi risk of infection, injury and variable damage to the sphincter muscles that keep you from pooping on yourself. Think very carefully before you participate.
