More bacteria!: There are more bacteria, both in type and number in saliva and mouth than on skin. That could be a problem causing issue, but it is not a common complaint. Also, might be food eaten by partner. A penis does not exhale garlic. But if you are otherwise having safe sex, i would not consider it a major issue!
