Skin disease: This can represent vitiligo a loss of color, or other skin conditions such as lichen sclerosis, or less commonly hypo pigmentation following psoriasis, lichen planus, dermatitis. Repigmentation is possible when treat, ENT is started early with creams and excimer laser.
