A member asked:

Is it true, the thicker the sperm the higher the count?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: See my answer to your other question. No way to know the count without a microscope (home tests are not necessarily accurate). Men who have had a vasectomy have no change in their ejaculate....But there are no sperm in it (hopefully).
