Yes: Repeated trauma to the rectum can cause hemorrhoids. The solution would be to use plenty of lubricant and dilation with fingers or similar objects. It can cause problems eventually by decreasing the tone of the anal sphincter.

No: We are born with hemorrhoid tissue so anal sex does not cause them, just can flare them up. However, anal pain usually is not hemorrhoids but a tear called a fissure
