Many ways but safe?: There are many potential ways to increase the size of your breasts non-surgically which include hormone supplements, oral contraceptives, weight gain, pregnancy, etc. However, these all have risks and must be taken into context. Not really.: Weight gain will increase your breast size some if you are very thin. BRAVA system that used suction applied to a woman's breasts over a long period of time to increase the size, how effective and how long term results are is still in question with this. Fat grafting your own fat and injecting into your breasts experimental (Wash, DC). Gold standard still augmentation with implants.
