Timing: If this fluid was noted right after having sex, then it is probably semen. If it has been a while, like days, a slightly yellow discharge can be normal based hydration and foods eaten. However if it is enough to drip out if the vagina without recent intercourse, i would recommend a pelvic examination to check for infection.
