Don't think so...: If one's normal regular period comes as expected, that is a sign of not being pregnant (so no pregnancy test is needed if a normal period occurs when it is supposed to occur). If still worried, one can do a urine pregnancy test the week after missing the next period.

Yes: Pregnancy can occur even in the face of a "normal" period if no form of birth control is being used.
