Does it matter if the birth control pill is taken at a different hour in the same time of day? like 7am vs 9am?

4 hours: You do want to take the pill at approximately the same time every day, but within four hours is probably still ok. Using condoms is not a bad idea in general, and is a useful back up contraception if you forget the birth control pills.
