Last bit of period: Most likely at the end of your period your flow has slowed to where you may think it has stopped but there is just a bit more to be shed and when you have relations it is causing it to be released. This is not concerning.

It's possible that: During the physical act of intercourse that you fiance's penis created an irritation of the vaginal vault or even irritated some of the tissue around the cervix that is now bleeding. If the bleeding persists consider a formal evaluation.
