Many factors: Your chances are based on several factors, including your prior fertility, the tubal status after repair as well as presence of any male factor fertility issues. The biggest factor is age of the female partner. At age 48, your fertility declines significantly making it very difficult to conceive spontaneously even if you had not had a prior tubal ligation.
