Yes,heavy boobs sag>: Yes, natural tissues like skin stretches under tension. A good example would be pregnancy related abdominal tissue stretch. While lying down, if the breast tissue is not supported, it will tend to go towards the sides as allowed by the slope of the chest. Similarly if the breasts are not supported during the day, gravity will affect a downward change over time. Heavier breasts have more sag.
