Call urologist: Phone will be answered by medical assistant, receptionist or mediocal secretary & occasionally by nurse or physician's assistant. Everyone in office is well aware about condtions seen & treated by a urologist, so don't be embarassed. You should then be able to describe the problem, i.E erectile dysfunction, penile pain, bent penis, wish to be circumcised etc. Good luck.
