Depends: Each encounter has its own risk of contracting a std of various types.The most painful early on might be gonorrhea, but hpv, syphilis, herpes and others are possible.If no germs, no particular risk. However, each new encounter brings you closer to finding that one with an untreated or unrecognized std.
