Depends : There are several different treatments available.
Freezing typically takes 7-10 days to heal
acid-type treatments takes 7-10 days as well.
Topical creams, like aldara, (imiquimod) have to be used for longer periods (weeks or months) and can result in irrititation.

Depends: Some people whose local and systemic immune response is compromised may develop genital warts in a matter of weeks, whereas those whose immune system is strong, may never develop any visible warts.
