Nope.: The ovary at first, and the placenta subsequently produce manifold the amount of female hormones compared to the birth control pills - you should not worry about miscarriage risk from accidentally taking oral contraceptives in the first few weeks of pregnancy because they are harmless. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and good luck!
