Theoretically, yes: Sex play can transmit, shared or poorly cleaned "toys" can transmit, some bacterial / protozoal infections commonly sexually transmitted can be acquired in other ways. If in doubt, see your dr / std clinic for exam and testing if indicated so you can get diagnosis and treatment, if necessary.
