Early period: It sounds like you are just having a period a few days earlier than expected which is not abnormal at all. If you are concerned that you caught an std when you had unprotected sex then schedule a visit for testing. If you are concerned you got pregnant then take a home pregnancy test.

Sounds like it : Since you had bleeding right on schedule then your period is the most likely conclusion. You can could always do a home pregnancy test if concerned
