Only you know.: Virgin 1. A person who has not experienced sexual intercourse. Some say that since your hymen is intact, then you are still a virgin. Either way, it seems that you are making the choice to lose your virginity. Only you know if you are virgin. I recommend that you have a gynecological exam and have a conversation about your anatomy and of course seek contraception and std protection before.
