Rubbish: Safe way to avoid sexually transmitted diseases is use a condom. There is immediate risk of std as soon as an unprotected penis enters the vagina, both for him & for her. Orgasm has nothing to with it except that semen may contain organisms resposible for stds. Thus withdraing before climax reduces risk but is not safe sex. Condoms may be less sexy, but sexier than stds.
