Im a 24y/o female. my partner is very big down there and we have sex almost everyday 3 times or more. my inner and outer part of my vagina hurts during and after sex. looks like sores have developed too. no itching. no abnormal discharge. solution?

Excellent lubrication plus care about the vigor of sex (with your partner's cooperation) are the main solutions. Or consider taking an occasional break, with no vaginal sex for a few days now and then. (You can offer your partner satisfying options that do not involve vaginal penetration!) But if the sores persist more than 2-3 days, you should be checked for other explanations, especially herpes.
