I miscarried at 8 weeks and i inserted via vaginal route 4 tablets of misoprostol and didnt get much clots out the first 24 hours and i inserted second dose but had to pee 30 minutes after will it affect absorption of the pills?

Urination will not diminished the desired effects of misoprostol, but consult your OB physician about obtaining an ultrasound to determine if all products of conception have been eliminated.
