This medication is commonly used for skin infections in adults and children. It is perfectly safe for use on a 2 year-old's penis. If he has a history of sensitivity to medications/substances on his skin, watch for any pain, increased swelling, or redness and contact his doctor if he develops any of that (could be increase in infection or reaction to medication).
